Is North Korea trying to be the "Mouse That Roared"?

It seems to me that they know they would be trounced if they tried a massive invasion or nuclear attack, but the North Korean Communist government do not want to appear that they just gave up.

    Yes, that's what they have done since the Korean War. All that 'saber rattling' is designed to get other nations back to the negotiating table.

    Unfortunately it has worked in the past, so that's all they know how to do.

    Usa military is going to lose really bad..... Do you really thing north korea dare to threat us with the nuke?? They maybe have some secret weapon. This is the war that not a human can fight!
