Do Single Reservists Get BAH at Training?

I know you don't for the weekend drills.

But for WLC, OCS, AIT (or officer training schools) do you receive BAH?

I have a 3 week WLC coming up later this year....also thinking of applying for OCS eventually.

Each branch is different. I know for the Coast Guard you get BAH while in basic and at "A" school. When you go to training for the USCG (basic, "A" school, your annual two weeks) you are on active duty orders. You can not show up without your orders in hand. As far as drills are concerned the USCG does give you berthing while at drill.

You would need active orders, among other things, for a reservist to be eligible to receive BAH.
