Have I overdosed on travel/motion sickness?
I took 3 motion sickness tablets throughout the morning. The box says every 6-8 hours and no more than 3 in 24 hours. So I haven't overdosed right? But
I started to feel very lightheaded, my mouth went really dry,and my balance was all over the place. I also felt tired....also, my vision has gone a little strange. i wear glasses for shortsightedness, and I can't focus in on my mobile when texting or reading. I seem to be able to see everything else fine with my glasses, just not my phone...
Did I overdose or are these just systems?

Yes, you overdosed. The box said every 6-8 hours -- why did you take more? Motion sickness meds can make you feel very drowsy and tired if you are taking the normal dosage (which is sufficient to prevent motion sickness).
