is it really necessary to exercise everyday??? is it okay if i exercise 3x a week??

No one "needs" to exercise everyday. If people are on a special program, or if they just like to exercise, it's ok, in moderation.
However, depending on your age, weight, BMI, etc., it's probable that three days a week should be fine. I believe it's supposed to be 1/2 hour of sweating.

after 2 mnths of daily exercise go to d gym atleast alternate days..doesnt give too much loss of body....
