depending on your browsers, most of it are place in the browsers setting, go to setting- clear history- tick clear cookies- and the period of time you want it, and clear. it will take some times depending on your browsing history. One it is done, you can feel the difference. good luck!

cleaning cookies won't stop freezes.
try the following:
1. run chkdsk:
start>computer>right click C:>properties>tools tab>error-checking>check now>tick both boxes>start>reboot.
chkdsk will run on re-boot - let it
2. now run Ccleaner:
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
3. now do a defrag.
If it freezes now come back & let us know.

Cookies don't affect this, but CCleaner (free) will remove cookies and browsing data.

Use CCleaner, it also has a Registry Fix and Disk Tools.
