is this grammatically correct: "ella esta poniendo el delineador" in spanish?

Putting together both the previous posts make the correct sentence,
Ella está poniéndose/se está poniendo delineador de ojos/lápiz de ojos.
It has to be reflexive and de ojos because delineador by itself CAN mean the actual look of eyeliner on someone or those orange poles on the road to block off a lane (kind of like a cone), if you say de ojos then it specifically means eyeliner, but thats just being strict about wording lol.

ella se está poniendo delineador
OR
ella está poniéndose delineador
That's if she's putting it on herself.
