It's a misconception that having a British child means he cannot get removed from the UK once his visa expires. BTW deportation is only used for undesirables such as prisoners who have served their time.

Yes, he CAN be deported. Having unprotected sex is not a qualifier for immigration. He can pay child support from anywhere in the World. If he fails to do that, the British Embassy in Bangladesh will try to make him.
