Hi I just wondered if anybody could give me advice please? My daughter is 3 she acts up but mostly it is out of the house to the point that I don't want to go out if she doesn't get to hold everything at the shop she throws tantrums or if she doesn't want to get off the bus she screams and sits on the floor I have to pick her up I am 25 Weeks pregnant. I always punish her she goes to her room and gets told off but it seems to be forgotten shortly after. She has recently started smacking at home me and her father which I don't understand as she does not live in a violent household she does not see such things on TV either I an scared she will be rough with the new baby also. She's very intelligent and advanced in speech for her age she's bilingual and can count. her tantrums are very loud and last 30 mins in which time she will sit down on the pavement, lay down, get red in the face from crying.

My husband is Bangladeshi I am British. We are going to have a baby in August his student VISA expires in September. If I just dont apply with him will he get deported? Hes said if I leave him he'll take our baby to Bangladesh, can he do that? Can they deport the father of a British baby? What will happen?

Hi I am married but I feel like I dont want to be with him any more. Im not sure what I will do. His visa expires in September its a student visa. If we dont apply for an extention will he just be deported? will they not do it because of the baby? hes saying if I left him he would take the baby to Bangladesh can he? how do you divorce someone when youre in the UK and theyre abroad?

I want to start covering my face with niqab but I live in the UK were this can cause problems and people dislike it I'm hesitant. I heard it can cause rickets in an unborn baby is this true? I am pregnant.

It is very difficult to pray now I'm 20 weeks pregnant. The main problem.is my back its hurts to get back up or stand for long periods. What can I do now?

No hes on a student visa hes not allowed more then 20 hours work its a condition of his visa a job with more hours would be illegal could end in deportation for him. I couldnt tell anyone as its breaking the law

Hi I have been married a little over a year. My husband is a forgein student with a near to expired VISA. The rules changed shortly after our wedding so we needed 18600 so he told me to leave my daughter and get a job I tried for 9 months and found nothing when I found a job I was pregnant and was had fainted in a shop previously I felt unable to work full time at the time he agreed I was right to take said course of action but lately hes been saying its mu fault we have no money because I wouldnt work. Hes saying I used him for money hes part time worker and earns 6000 yearly I have not used anybody for money. He constantly says that his biggest mistake was having a relationship and getting married to me. He says I stop him going out so he cant do his assigments or my daughter disrupts him at home I dont stop him going out I ask where hes going and what time hell come back he takes this as stopping him. He also wanted to get another job exceeding 20 hour limit I said no as I am on housing benefit and dont want to be arrested for fraud. He says his life would be very nice if he never met me. I feel so useless when he blames me like this and have started to question if its all my fault.

My husband has been acting as a father to her for over a year but her real dad has recently asked me for contact. The dad isn't a Muslim hes a Sikh so what does Islam say here? Should I give him the contact? Is it an obligation for her to know him?

Hi I have a soon to be 3 year old and when she doesnt get her own way she sits on the floor even out I've tried shouting, walking away evreything. She doesnt use a pushchair shes too old. Has anyone else overcome this? any suggestions?

Hi my husband is Bangladeshi and a stident in the UK. I'm British. I have a daughter who will be 3 this month however she has a different dad. Her dad is not paying any money for her, seeing her and has no intrest hes absent hes also an illegal immigrant wanted for fraud by the police. If my husband who she knows as her father adopts her legally will this get him a VISA to stay here? We will also have another baby in August. The VISA expires in September.

I am 10-11 weeks pregnant and am having a scan next week. Sometimes I feel a hard lump in my stomach below the bellybutton on the left I can see the lump my stomach goes completely to one side it doesnt last long though then my tummys back to normal. I'm confused its so early on this happened in my first pregnancy in the 3rd trimester. Is this worth mentioning to a midwife or should I just wait for the scan? has anybody else had this early on?

Hi I think I will probably have to take a 6 hour plane journey in September next year. I am pregnant and the baby's due in August. Is it safe to take a baby of one month on a plane? If not is there any VISA extensions that my husband can apply for to stay until baby's old enough?

Hello, I have a serious problem. I am a UK citizen and I am married to a Bangladeshi man I have a child who will be 3 soon and we will have another baby in August. He is on a student VISA so is working 20 hours and earns about 6,000 yearly. I have just been accepted for work and will work 40 hours but because I'm under 21 I will earn under min wage. This means we will not be able to make up the required 18600 for a VISA. Having to go and live with my in laws in Bangladesh is becomeing a very real prospect. Is there anybody that has a soultion for this? thank you.

Hi I am to be married very soon and I have decided that I will change my name to that of my husband. I have an almost two year old daughter by my ex. Now can I change my daughters surname from mine to my husbands. She has my surname not her fathers but he is on the birth certificate. Can I do this without the consent of her biological father as he hasn't seen her for a long time and has no intrest in her at all since we seperated about a year and a half ago?
