Now a lot of my contacts are getting suspicious emails with my name. I can't get into this email. Can I close it? If so HOW??

Well if you can't recover your email through the recovery options then you may have lost it. If I was you I would be asking myself how did I get hacked? Not likely that someone just guessed you log on information and password. You should scan your computer with a antivirus program and get malwarebytes anti-malware a free program you can get a download.com and do a scan with it.

change your password and check Last account activity in g mail so that you can know the ip address of the person who logged into your account with out your permission
