For drinks I make my own pop. I go to a loose leaf tea shop and ask for "Rainbow Rooibos" tea...it's herbal, and has honey and stuff in it to sweeten. Then I go home and brew a liter of boiling water, with 10 teaspoons in it (get some tea filters while you're at the store!) and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then remove the tea filters, and put the tea in the fridge for about an hour. After that hour, remove it and add 1 litre of fizzy water (without lime or lemon flavouring! Kids hate that!), then mix it up and pour it into an air tight jug. Kids go nuts for this stuff...the ones I take care of refuse to drink anything else. There's no caffine, no extra sugar (you can add a bit of honey if they want it sweeter), and no harmful chemicals!
