Need recommendation for wireless PC all in one e print printer?
Having a problem with HP printer and they promised upgrade printer, no shipping cost and refund of remaining call support. Also if I'd take a refurbished printer give me phone support for $1. Today call; all promised yesterday was a lie. Raise price of printer by $30, charge shipping, no refund for phone support and no renewal for $1. Obviously not happy with that. Not sure I'm capable of setting up a wireless printer. HELP!
I was all set to purchase the HP 6700 Premium. I was told that I had to wait 24 hours to process the credit for remaining phone support then HP would call back today and take credit card info and ship in 1 day. Today as I said that was all off. That is what upset me more than anything else, the HP printer I have is going on 4 years. I just don't care for someone telling me ont thing then back off. I asked that a supervisor call me back, that was about an hour ago; no call back yet.

I understand you are a bit annoyed about your current HP printer but Personally I've tried lots of other printers since my first HP and they have all packed up within 13 Months so Its not just HP.
I still think they offer the best for the money and would point you towards another HP. The HP Office jet 6700 Premium, they are a good all rounder.
