Can you delete post from years ago on facebook?
I cant find the option to do this i know other people can do it and i think there should be an option at the side of the timeline? But there isnt. Does it matter what device i use i have tried it with a smart phone and ipad. I tried deleting each post individually but more keep coming up that werent there before from years ago!

yes, you can - use your activity log to make it easier to find them

Try going to your own timeline. If ur on a ipod or iPad or phone a swipe the post and it should show up as DELETE. If not if ya look really really close- there is a tiny triangle at the top right side of each post. Click it and it says delete.
Or go to a desk top! That's always the easiest!

Usually it's harder to do that on a smart phone and iPad. I'd go to the desktop version (maybe pull it up in your web browser) or on an actual desktop or PC, and you should be able to just click the delete button in the options on that post.
