Can you use quotation marks to indicate a search in computer?

Like: He searched for "The Globe" in his Safari web browser.

I am asking about if it is correct to do it in language, not if it can be done on a computer and get the same result

Yes, you can use quotation marks to indicate a search when it comes to writing it out that way. This assures the reader that these are the exact words that were searched up, so therefore it is like copying what that person searched. You have to quote it.
