Calling IT people! What is the best computer strictly for social networking?
My Uncle has never owned a computer in his life and has just recently discovered Facebook and some online dating sites (he's single). This would really be the only thing he uses it for. What would be the best one? I can figured price range from recommendations. Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer.

Tablet would work best for him. No need for a full computer.

Get a chromebook. It's a nice cheap laptop. Its cheap in price, because it's got low end processors, and not a lot of RAM. This is because the OS is lightweight. Social networking and web browsing are really what this laptop is geared for.

I wouldnt suggest a tablet for him if hes never owned a computer because i find they are more complicated. I would suggest a netbook. Something you can plug a mouse into because it would be easier to learn on and use.
