How can i make my shoes fade?
I bought a pair of converse a while back but they were the last pair so the salesman gave me one shoe from those displayed at the window. At the time I did not realize it was faded, probably because i was too desperate to buy them. Now i've realised that you can definitely tell one of the shoe is more faded compared to the other. I want to wear them but I don't want to look stupid either. How can i make it as faded as the other shoe quickly? Putting in the sun will take ages won't it? And it's got studs on it so i don't know if washing it will ruin those.

I would be inclined to pop them in the washing machine and dry the faded shoe in the sun and dry the other shoe indoors.
