I need some ideas for a craft to make for my sorority big sister?
We have to make them an appreciation gift, but I cannot think of anything. She likes hockey, her favorite team is the Avalanche, so I was thinking about making her something with that or her favorite player. I don't know what though. She also loves dogs and her favorite colors are pink and blue.

Try looking up paracord bracelets on YouTube. You'll find tons of videos about how to make them. The idea is that you could make her a bracelet in her favorite team's colors or her favorite colors -- or a decorative dog collar. Here's an example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFIjCAulIk8 Just make sure you choose one with two colors.
You can ge paracord in lots of places, but I've generally bought it at JoAnn's. They also sell the clips.
