what is the best brokerage account with the lowest fees?
I want to trade stocks and would like to know what the best brokerage account is with the lowest costs. I heard that you could get an account with the fees per share, but cant find anything on it online. Is this true? Your help is appreciated.
Thanks

There's two ways to be charged for trading;
By the trade, One trade with as many shares as you want (for stocks priced above $1). (most brokers charge $10 or less)
By the share, You get charged per share. A common price is .01 cents per share ($1 for 100 shares). Some brokers are half that. Common for semi pro and professional traders who ladder in and out of trades.
The two last things you should do is;
Get a broker before you know what you need.
Get a broker based on what's good for someone else.
Read some books. Learn the basics first.
