What is the best remedy to distract myself from not smoking?

    u do realise ur a non smoker now, dont u? After 3 days, the nicotine that kept u physically addicted is gone from ur body and ur physically free, its all in ur head now.

    Ur a non smoker. Have a look around at other non smokers; do u see them needing something to do to distract them from not smoking? Course not. They are just living life normally. U need to realise that or u will still be a slave to habit.

    Get out, get active, live life and be healthy.
