Can anyone give me a site that review Nvidia GT 640 DDR5 graphic card ?

Here's one, but I don't see a lot of value in the review:

That is a pretty dated video card and that site gives some suggestions on best video cards for the money in several price ranges. Consider looking through those instead if you are looking at buying a new one.

Here's DDR3 version being reviewed. DDR5 will be only slightly better.
