A programme called Operation Repo?

What on earth is this all about? 5 of the most obnoxious people I have seen on TV. Typical americans?

It is not "Fake" it is a reenactment of what actually happened. So by definition no it is not fake. It may be a bit exaggerated but it also may not be.

Its filmed live on location, we edit the names of the people out. As far as the footage goes, its filmed as it happens. Not "re-enacted" that would cost us to much to do. Its Real all except for Repoees names.

The above is a false answer placed by the producers of the show.

1.) the disclaimer at the start of the show CLEARLY states they are re-enactments. A quick side note on that, the show first aired WITHOUT a disclaimer and did not begin to use one till viewers started to question the clearly illegal activities shown( mostly about Matt assaulting people)

2.)As many have stated, many of the activities shown would not only cause them to lose their business license but also would have landed most of them years worth of jail time.

There are two things that make it clear this show is fake (maybe more). One, every event by in large has a theme. The repo of a jockey, the repo of a rich man with a bombshell wife, the repo of a dirty real estate dealer, the repo of a pastor, the repo of a dominatrix, the repo of a [fill in the blank]. Real life is not like this, you'd drop by some person's house and it won't look like this. It's silly. Second, you'd think someone would know these guys from TV and say "hey I watch your show" or "oh, you guys!". You know sort of like the criminals Dog the Bounty Hunter catches? They hate the fact they're about to get caught and taken in, but they're like "Oh, dog, ya caught me" and stuff like that. The ones being "repoed" act like they don't know who these (now pretty familiar and well know faces of the show) are, not even so much as an acknowledgment of "Oh, you guys..."

Its a scripted actuality show. They own a towing company (real) with staged events to make the show more interesting. They all have some type of relationship with each other. I don't like the show that much. Id rather watch Lizard Lick myself but that's just me.
