Why are Clergy (basically Priests who are making the news),?
not arrested and prosecuted in public court for sexual crimes against young boys? Why do they get a pass? Why do they get to do penance on their knees for crimes? They should be arrested, go to trial, get convicted, be incarcerated, have to talk to psychologists, they can do penance on their knees in the penitentiary if they are convicted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would all you bleeding hearts Please explain why this is not the case. If it is, why doesn't the newspaper talk about the criminal element of the clergy?

It is not the case.
Priests have been prosecuted and sentenced.
Selling newspapers means reporting church scandal, but in reality, abusive clergy account for less than 1% of all priests.
The numbers are higher in the Public school system.
Any sex outside of marriage between a man and a woman and open to life is condemned in Catholicism as is the obstruction of justice... If these instances occur, it is only an example of people not being very good Catholics, not a condemnation of Catholicism itself.

At this point, I think every parent who even brings a child inside a Catholic church should be charged with child endangerment.
