What should I do when my friend comes over?

Hi :p my friend is coming over next week and I haven't seen her in almost a year since I got sick and became home schooled. Anyway what are some things we can do when she comes over? Nothing involving a movie , makeup , or leaving the house because her personality really she isn't a girly type lol.
