He defiantly likes you! If his friends are bugging him that means that his friends know somethings up. And thats great!!!!! If you like him you should go for him. And if hes always going to you to talk and confronting you in the hallway then he wants to be around you and wants become closer.

It sounds like he does. Congrats :) Just take it slow and be real good friends first and then slowly move to the boyfriend girlfriend stage there's no rush you are only 13
