38 1/2 weeks pregnant; extreme back pain. is it finally time?
On Thursday I was 1 1/2 centimeters dilated and she dropped already.
As of about an hour or two ago I started getting really intense pain in my lower back.
Now it's to the point where even laying on my side isn't helping.
My back has never hurt before with this pregnancy.
Is this a sign that it's almost time for me to finally go into labor?

Go to your hospital or call up your doctor, its nearly time!

you could be having back labor. i dont really know anything about it but you should call the maternity assessment unit and tell them your symotoms. hopefully its your time!! good luck
