Is it possible to run macintosh on virtualbox/VMware when my pc doesnt support virtualisation technology?

Is there a way to run macintosh on my windows 7 dual core intel?

    It is illegal to run osx on virtual machines as the original purchased now cannot work and you will need to use a distro,which is free,and also illegal that is found on torrent sites.Also,you will not be able to do anything with the b980 for these tasks,as it is too underpowered,even if it supports virtualization.
