Greek/Roman Day - 6th Grade
Pretty good overall. It was fun because we basically got to play and hang out the entire day wearing togas (bedsheets). During the afternoon, we had some agora in the school library. We chose groups and made objects and sold it for fake money. We also got to buy things with fake money too.

I went to a school that used to have "slave day" You could bid on people at an auction and they would be your slave for the day. You could put a leash on them and they had to do whatever you wanted until the end of the school day. The money went to the student body fund for dances and other things. I never participated but it always bugged me the 2 years I was there. i recently heard they had not done that since about the time I went there. I think it must have become extremely unpopular.

Hmm..It would be a toss up between the Christmas cottage that was made out of grahm crackers, and candy. The sugar egg that was an Easter village inside. Both were 11th grade home ec projects. They were cool and interesting.

I think it was 4th grade, where my mom helped me make a castle. We spent FOREVER on it. It was SUPER pretty and I absolutely loved it. Even remember searching far and wide for sparkly blue glue! Lol.
