The managed to bury John Wilkes Booth and Lee Harvey Oswald. John Dillinger, Bonny and Clyde and Al Capone were buried somewhere. I'd leave this one alone......what's the point of making it an issue?

I think a collection should be arranged. I know this will be expensive. But, I'll chip in $100.00. Maybe, if enough people can afford it, we can launch his remains into outer space. I am afraid the earth would vomit him back up. He would never stay buried.
