Can You Make Wireless Headsets Connect To PC?

i want to connect this to my laptop and or computer...not to play games or use the mic but just to listen to audio from lets say a movie or YouTube or something IDK but is there a wire i can purchase to make them connect?

    you can use bluetooth headset to make wireless headset but if your p.c have no bluetooth then you can buy external bluetooth for p.c from market.
