I wont do this everyday but something similar. Sometimes I jog,swim or bike. I also do toning exercises 3 times a week.

It just depends on how many calories you need in the day. You always want to cut your required calorie intake in half. That's what a coach told me. So basically to lose weight, you can't just eat as many calories than your required calorie intake.
