How can I clear my skin up?
Im 15, female. And I have a bunch of pimples on my forehead (mostly) and they won't go away. I know, puberty and stuff. But there has to be a way to get them to go away. I wash my face with a exfoliating scrub 1-2 every week or two, I shower everyday, I don't wear makeup, and I drink around 1.5litres of water every weekday.. I also go to the beach alot (if that matters) .. I just really want clear beautiful skin. Does anyone have any advice
:( ???
Thank you in advance!

Go out of the house to get some fresh air
Sleep at least 8 hours a day
Exercise time to time
Drink alots of water
Use a lotion like benzoyl peroxide, clearsil etc. anything you can find that will work just to put on your skin to make it fresh and feel better

To clear your skin up, wash your face every day with a high quality cleanser. Wash twice a day if your skin is mainly oily or acne prone. Remove all your makeup every night. Moisturize after washing the face and spot treat breakouts with acne medication. Read more at http://www.ehow.com/how_5420770_keep-skin-clear.ht...

Devour plenty of fruit and veg - blueberries, tomatos and grapes are all principally full of 'anti-oxidants' which support your physique get free of poisons and offer you a healthful complexion. Drink lots, but ingesting extra water than your usual eight glasses per day is not going to make a lot change. Additionally, attempt to do 30 mins of endeavor per day. I normally have a healthful glow after that. Eventually, cleanse, tone and moisturise every night. Easy quite =)

Go to your doctor and they may be able to help you with a prescription medicine (doxycylcine pills, differin cream, stieva-A).
a fairly effective cream sold over the counter is called Benzoyl Peroxide that could help, but definately talk to a doctor and if they think your pimples are bad they will send you to a dermatologist, my doctor told me i had bad acne and sent me to a dermatologist and i am now on Roaccutane, but you probably won't need it if your acne isn't bad. Also lowering your dairy intake can help, less cheese, milk, yogurt and ice-cream. Hope i helped a little :)
