How soon after you have a baby can you do yoga?
I gave birth yesterday.
I was wondering how soon I'd be able to do yoga?
It relaxes me so much and I can't wait to just be calm again.
I need to release some stress.

You will need to ask your Dr. Usually they recommend you take it easy for the first 6 weeks while everything is going back to normal. Perhaps you could try meditation. That is nice and relaxing and not strenuous.

You need to take it easy and don't do anything strenuous for two weeks. Most women are fully recovered a month after there baby is born. If you do to much to soon you can put yourself in the hospital.
