drink water (have some warm but not hot - it helps a little) and eat vegetables. Different foods help different people, like for some people prunes and prune juice helps, but for other people it constipates them, and same as bananas, milk, coffee, melons, beans and legumes etc, so if there's something you know helps when you eat it, eat that.
See a doctor. Right now it's really important you get this sorted, and especially if you're breastfeeding get a doctor to recommend something that's safe as far as suppositories, laxatives or enemas etc goes. Don't try to go to the pharmacist and buy something yourself and treating it yourself. Also, it's really important to get this sorted, and whatever you do, don't strain. That can do some real damage right now. If you can't go without a lot of effort, then don't. But see a doctor ASAP. Also, don't start taking castor oil or cod liver oil or senna. They really can be toxic and harmful, especially if you're breastfeeding, then you could harm your baby as well as yourself.
