Someone said to me, that I smell bad. I noticed it too I think my balls are getting sweaty too much. What can I do except take shower again? Do I need to go to the doctor?

If its sweat you can do a number of things:
Wear looser pants/underwear
Apply athletic powder to the area so the sweat is absorbed
Wear light nightwear or don't wear underwear when you go to bed
Everyone has a musky smell down there. Some are more potent than others, but it is normal. If you notice any rashes or start itching, you should go to the doctor as it could be a fungal infection.
