Big or small difference in gaming performance?
i could get an i3-2120 new for £90
i3-3220/3225 new for £110
or
i5-3330 new for £140 , i5-3450 new for £146
there is roughly £60 difference in the first i3 and the last i5 i listed i wanted to know if it is worth paying the extra or saving money is there a big or small difference in gaming from i3 2nd/3rd gen to i5 2nd/3rd gen with a gtx 550ti graphics card is the i5 just a waste with this card if no say no if yes what card should i be looking at which is under £125-150 Max, i want to be playing latest games like fifa 13/14 , skyrim , gta , assassins creed , bf3 (Offline) , cod black ops 2 etc.

The first i5 (3330) is way better then the first i3 (2120) you listed, so i'll go with the i5.
I would recommend upgrading your graphic card to a gtx650ti boost or a hd7790,
your 550ti will give around the same performance as the 650, look at the benchmarks of those GPU's and then decide for yourself if it's good enough or worth upgrading.
