Why did Manchester United let Chelsea win today ?
Alex Ferguson promised Arsene Wenger to play his strongest team against Chelsea but rested nearly the half of the players and let Chelsea win 1-0. You could see Man utd played with no motivation. Helping his pal Mourinho out for next season.
Ferguson and his hate for North London Clubs. Arsenal and Tottenham.
Travis - No S h i t. Man utd had half of their team out.

It's a possibility that he let Chelsea win to return the favour, as Chelsea got cheated at the Bridge

What Fuzzy said.
It's been reported United want Bale, if Spurs can't make the CL then there is the possibility Bale might want to leave. That would be in United's best interest because they have a LOOOONNNGG history of cause and upset in the Spurs camp, i say they but its S.A.F as he still has a chip on his shoulder that Gazza chose Spurs over United.
I think Arsenal are safe they have easier games and will make it, S.A.F isn't too found of them either again because of the recent (e.g. last 15 ish years)
@ Fuzzy
No but un like you i have been a Spurs fan for a LOOOONNNGGG time so i remember when Carrick and Berba left, and i remember all the bulllshit press that United released and all unrest S.A.F caused.
Also remember him doing it with Anderton, Klinsmann and Ginloa and succeed in turning Sheringham.
The only reason you didn't get Sol Campbell was because of his property firm, if he'd have sold that he'd have more than likely chosen United over Arsenal.
I have no issue, other than Sol campbell, with players wanting to leave Spurs for money or that chance of a title but United drag it out in such away that players that might not want to leave soon change thier mind.
Why? Because of the B.S your PR office spread.

Chelsea won because (1) Ferguson didn`t play his BEST players
(2) Man Utd have already secured the title so these matches won`t have much
impact on their performance
(3) The season is almost over and Man Utd are looking to concentrate on next
season
N.B. I am a Man Utd fan!!! #GGMU #champ20ns

Man Utd wanted to give other players a chance. I don't think Man utd would play like that if Carrick, rooney, de gea, shinji kagawa, and ferdinand were on and the title was on the line. SAF decided to give some of the youngsters much needed playing time. Cleverley, Ando, lindegaard, and alex buttner were all played. He also used a lot of role players like giggs and phil jones. I'm very happy abt SAF choosing a squad like this to make everybody happy and to give the youngsters experience in the premier league

You're kidding right? We were better. We have the best record against United we managed to get a draw in the FA Cup away, knocked out United in the FA Cup and now we won away.
Honestly, you shouldn't worry Arsenal will qualify I have no doubts about that the problem is Tottenham if they lose against us on wednesday they will not qualify for CL football.

I wish fergie played a much stronger team so that we could stop chelsea from playing in the CL next season. I fu**ing hate chelsea and i hope that it is spurs and arsenal qualify

Plenty of times I've rooted for arsenal because a win for them would be a plus for Chelsea. Almost inevitably though they always, and I do mean always, manage to eff it up. I'm glad you now know how it feels.
