What time of year is it good to book vacations?
I'm looking to go to the Dominican with about 25+ people. Around what time of the year are the vacation packages cheaper. We're looking to go sometime in July.
I'm not looking for sites that I can find vacation packages on as I have several but I just need to know when I good time to look is. I've heard that 4 star resorts were around $600 last year but I forgot what time my family checked.
Any help would be great, thanks!

Summer should be great for vacation prices, it's pretty much off season for north Americans but still popular with Europeans.Since you have a large group you might check with a few local travel agencies and see what they can do for you.If you were flying from Canada I have a good contact with Noli Tours, Transat holidays who could look after you but no contacts in the U. S.

Look for booking a resort in the Puerto Plata area, example the Gran Ventana Resort located at Playa
