    No puedes hacer nada,cuando enferme crecerà.

    Yo tengo una amiga que tiene 13 años y mide 1.46 cm,tiene un problema en los huesos,y por eso no crece.

    Para crecer lo mejor es dormir bien, y un truco es cada mañana al despertar estirarte a todo, entiendo que haci tus musculos se acostumbrana estirarse mas de lo normal y creces, una buena nutricion tambien ayuda
