Recommend a moisturizer for Eczema?
I've been suffering with Eczema my whole life but it's been flaring up a lot lately. I'm a student and can't afford to keep buying the expensive things that claim to be cures so I was wondering if any had something they could recommend that worked for them but is quite cheap?
I've tried E45 and it's too thick and just makes me feel itchy,

The key is to find a moisturizer that soothes your skin and helps heal it. Once you find one that your skins content with keep using it until you feel its no longer helping , then switch to another which soothes your skin and so on, till you get to one that keeps your skin clear or to a minimum, for Good.
Aveeno skin relief lotion and Oilitam cream/lotion are my two of my favs. They cost a fortune for a student or job seeker in the long run but Both available on prescription so you dont need to buy them all. Remeber with any cream you use to cut the tube open when you think its done as thers plenty left at the bottom.
Sudocream is also good. Eurax anti-tich or any cream thats anti-itch. Vaseline unscented lotion is recommended by many dermatologists dont know exactly WHy. Johsons original baby lotion is ok if you need something.
Change your shampoo/conditioner as they are often responsible for flareups on your arms/neck/back even if the product has not came into contact with those parts.

Reduce itching, redness, and chance of infection by moisturizing often. Your moisturizer, preferably one with natural ingredients and without scent, is your best friend. Moisturize often in order to relieve the urge to itch your eczema.

Palmer's Olive Butter body lotion. Worked better than Aveeno for me. (Aveeno is great too.)
