Can spice have backlashing effects?
I started on Friday smoking shisha out of a hookah, spice, and marijuana (the spice was used out of a bong, a glass pipe, and cigar wrap). It's now Monday after doing that for the consecutive days after. I haven't smoked today, but the teeth in the left side if my mouth hurt and throb, my throat is very tight and sore, and I keep getting headaches with minor throbbing. Can spice have harmful next day effects like this?

Inhaling things into your lungs, besides the air we need to breath is always harmful. Damage lung tissue, cause brain damage. Not a smart thing to do.

In short, yes. This is exactly why I don't bother with hookah anymore and my friend who owns one limits it to once a month ("it's not like I can just sell it!"). It might be the spice, it may be the unnatural breathing patterns, whatever it is it messes you up in a negative way.
