The email you send to SM before the auditions is an application -which is mandatory- that gives the judges the information about you (they print it out and look at it when it's your audition turn). So they will email you back telling you the location or time.
If it's a walk in audition, there will be the location + time on their website and you can go whenever during the times they open/close.

Once you receive your confirmation email, you will not receive a reminder.
Also, Global Auditions are over (they ended April 28th) so you may not get a response.
