I have Byetta that I no longer use. Can I sell or donate it?

I'm diabetic and for the past year I've been using Byetta. I tried to cancel my last order because I'm going back on insulin, but it arrived in the mail, a ninety day supply that cost me a deductible and my insurance over $1000. It is in a sealed chilled package. I also have two Byetta pens in the package, refrigerated and unopened. All together I've got over $1600 worth of diabetic medication. Any advice?

It is illegal to sell prescription drugs.

You can ask your endocrinologist if he would like to donate it to some one.
