Eeww gross, whys this happening to me?!?!?

I am a 26 year old white female. I take good care of myself. i am very girly n trendy n clean. I been noticing hairs on my chin n my jawline. its so gross! wtf!?!? I mean its not a full beard but its for sure noticeable! what can i do about it n whys it happening to me??!? I waxed n i broke out n i plucked n they still came back. its driving me crazy. im not on any new meds or diet. im not prego. my kids 7. I do tan so maybe that has something to do with it. i just started taking birth control pills sunday. i never had this problem till about a year ago n its getting worse!!! Help!!!!
