The back of a flag has the same design as the front, so it can be viewed from both sides and be the same

Looking at a flag from the back flips the left and right. Any flag with left-right symmetry (including the British flag) will look the same from both sides... just look up a list of flags of the world, and it should be easy to pick out the ones which have left-right symmetry.
