A good free/cheap image editing software?

I'm looking for a good, cheap (preferably free, but no more than $50 at least) image editing software.

Nothing too fancy, I just want to use it to make fliers and posters. Not working with actual photos or anything.

If there aren't any, maybe you could point me towards a good one with a free trial for a few months or something. Anything helps. Thanks!

Download a free version of GIMP on this site: [link]

GIMP is a great free software you can use for a lot of graphic tasks like retouching photo, image and photo editing). I strongly believe GIMP is the best free tool for photo editing available online nowadays. It's as good and as powerful as photoshop but GIMP can be use also used by a lot of professionals.

Photoshop isn't unfastened. I advise something like Gimp, nonetheless that's studying curve isn't that easy. Or, get Google Picasa in case you basically prefer to do easy photograph manipulation like crop, pink eye, exchange to sepia and so on. Photoshop or Gimp could be an overkill in the sort of case. Paint.NET

If you need something more powerful than Microsoft Paint but not as complex as Photoshop, Paint.NET is what you're looking for.
