I am trying to write about my character descovering she's paralyzed. I'm not really sure how to write it, could you give me any pointers. Thanks

its probably better to start off where she might have been caught off guard, or hasn't been mobile for sometime like waking up from sleep and realizing she can't move, waking up after being unconscious from some type of accident and realizing she's paralyzed.
Its not simple I know but it depends on the story you are trying to tell. Is is temporarily, permanent, a dream, etc

The only pointer is knowing your character. If you've created a well-rounded character, with a background and a personality, then she should be telling you how she feels about her situation and why.
