Treat day turned binge day (help)?
I've eaten clean for the past week and thursday is always my designated treat day , but today I have just started my period and it's notoriously bad for binging. I have eaten around 2200 calories of junk today and not exercised as it is my rest day also. I normally eat around 1600 calories of protien filled balanced meals.
How can I pick myself back up?

For the rest of the week do lots of cardio to burn the extra calories you've eaten. Do over work yourself though. As long as you continue your clean eating its fine. Having more muscle though will also help you on days like this because your muscle will just burn the food away itself. And my last advice that should work is buying a Senna tea. You can get this at any grocery store in the tea/coffee section. Senna is a laxative and after 7-12 hours since drinking it watch the magic happen~

Get some mental strength, lock up the 'treat cubboard' and give the key to your mum the next time this happens. it seems bar today you have had a good diet so i wont be to worried it shouldn't have a major affect.

tomorrow is another day. why do you need so many rules & regulations anyway? if you just eat healthily every day with the occasional treat i'm sure you wouldn't have too much of a problem, & you would have a much healthier relationship with food/exercise

Don't beat yourself up about it as we've all been there! Just put it down to the hormones and carry on with your usual schedule and routine as soon as you feel able. It happens!
