How do I stop being sluggy and slow?
I've been over this isue for a while.I don't know why I'm so slow in everything I do,in speaking,walking,reacting,reading,assimilating thinking,realising.please what's the cause and how do I stop this.its very irritating its lowering my self eestem nd making people bored around me.its only a matter of time before my gf leaves cuz I hear my voice on d phone *nd I'm like wtf*,watch my video doing something nd I seem tired *nd I'm like sh@#* smh please help me,God bless
