Hello I'm a 20 year old guy,I've tried everything I could to be more talkative but I stil find solace in being alone and to myself or just messing with my phone watching bball or playing it.Right now I don't start coversation,ims or chats cuz I feel like I have nothing tangible to say.its so bad that when I see friends along my path my mind just automatically tells me to hide because I bore,I'm basically a burden to relate with, its even happening within my family.most times the other party(ies) mostly carry the converstion.don't get me wrong I would really like to relate with people and make more friends because being alone can be quite lonely and depressing,but I just can't its too hard please help

hi i'm 19 and 6'3,i live in africa ( nigeria to be precise) i've been playing basketball for more than a year now.i really love this game but everytime i play with most of my opponents/big men they whoop my a$$ silly .sometimes they tell me i have things to work on like my footwork,pass,ball handling&dribble and i agree but i dont know how to improve these abilities,u may prescribe me to watch videos on youtube but i've watched some but my game is stil d same plus i dont have a personal computer i can access,d only way i'm on d internet is through my nokia c6 phone with limited memory.my shooting is d only thing dat works for me.i've gone to a basketball camp like a year a go i was lost in d game play about positions (playing small forward) but i just learnt a few things please help me what should i do ?
