How does this happen ?how do I stop it?

I've been over this isue for a while.I don't know why I'm so slow in everything I do,in speaking,walking,reacting,reading,assimilating thinking,realising.please what's the cause and how do I stop this.its very irritating its lowering my self eestem nd making people bored around me.its only a matter of time before my gf leaves cuz I hear my voice on d phone *nd I'm like wtf*,watch my video doing something nd I seem tired *nd I'm like sh@#* smh please help me,God bless

    A doctor might know the answer or perhaps a neuropsychologist would.

    God makes everyone different and if your gf leaves you cause of that then shes not worth it she should love you for who you are theres nothing wrong we all have beautiful wings someday :)
