can i use aloe vera GEL to get rid of acne?
it's a chemical. it contains no alcohol supposedly. no colors added. we actually used to have a aloe plant... but.. my mom killed it :/ so i have to use this. it's a brand called: Fruit Of The Earth. supposedly it's pure. these are the ingredients in order: aloe vera gel, triethanolamine, tocopheryl acetate, carbomer, tetrasodium edta, dmdm hydantoin, diazolindinyl urea. and it says : plus stabilizers and preservatives to insure potency and effeciency. idk if i should use it... but ive researched this type of treatment, and it says its great. i also use witch hazel... pure witch hazel

Ugh, I hate pimples scars!! Sure, aloe vera is just right for zits scars and so is nutrition E. I've additionally heard Mederma is superb, however i have never been using it for lengthy adequate to know for sure.

It can help prevent acne scarring, moisturize and help heal, but other than that I don't see how it would get rid of acne.
Those ingredients are basically aloe, "soap", vitamin E, gel, preservatives. The "soap" and preservatives are mildly toxic if used long term.
